I sure hope Les Miles throws out some sorry records much like Nick Saban - since their records are similar. Miles was 28-21 over 4 years with a 57.1 winning pct. Saban was 34-24-1 over 5 years with a 58.6 winning pct. Throw out Saban's last year of 9-2 and his best season is a 5 loss year. Miles looks like a superstar compared to Saban in his first 4 years. They both came from 2nd tier football schools and I think you have to take that into consideration. I'm not 100% sold on Miles yet, but I am overall happy and I'm keeping the faith.:geauxtige
Who could we have gotten? Nick left us right in the thick of the recruiting season. I am sure that we could have gotten someone better had we benn given the time to conduct a proper search, but we needed someone and fast or we would completly lose our recruiting class and every prospective coaching prospect knew it. I say that with the situation we were in and the time that Skip used to hire another coach, we made a good choice. Miles can definently recruit and did an admrable job with all the crap he had to deal with last year.
You know Kjunsausage, I have been here for awhile and I don't post alot, so you know I don't just randomly throw things out there to see myself post. But you sir, are a complete moron and it shows, blinding everyone with a spotlight of idiocy that are your posts. Congrats on that.
