It probably is. I doubt he has been given consent. He has been doing it forever, though.

I have the ESPN classic version, I used to have the origional
version I copied from ESPN on videotape, between cable tv,
and quality of video when converted to DVD I chose the classic
version because of my satelite connection, converted directly
to DVD.

I have the original game. I was in auburn's section.

The game will be on ESPN CLASSIC friday10/24/03 starting at
2:00pm. There will be two games back to back 96 & 97 LSU Alburn
games.

According to the TV listing the 96 and 97 games will be on TV not the 88 game.
