If I recall, there was hand wringing at the time about someone who didn't pay up to RE. RE has the opportunity to show how it is suppose to be done.

Too early to have recruiting rankings out everything is tenative. Isn't the final day like in Feb? Are these "Some" the same ones who still rank Alabama as still a force in the SEC? :yelwink2:
Shula's HC seat is as HOT right now as a HC's seat can be . . . he is TEETERING ON THE BRINK of being canned. Shula has VERY, VERY FEW supporters right now in the Bama Nation . . . their program is in some turmoil right now. I know EXACTLY how they feel . . . I remember when we hired DiNardo, fired DiNardo, and when Saban left for the Doll -- Fans . . . it's no fun. I forgot to answer the thread question: Yes, Bama is screwing up right now for this reason . . . Shula went 10-2 last year and got a big contract extension about SIX MONTHS AGO . . . how confused does your University look when you are frantically looking for his replacement so soon after the Big Committment to him?
