the new alex box is rumored to be modeled after this stadium.

Home to the Owls since its debut on March 25, 2004, Ambler Field is one of the region’s finest venues for collegiate baseball. Temple christened the field with a 6-2 win over the University of the Sciences. The field was dedicated on May 15, 2004 and has a seating capacity of 1,000.

Measuring 330 feet down the lines and 400 feet to dead center, the field is one of three venues in the Ambler Sports Complex, joining the softball and men’s and women’s soccer teams, which also play their home games at Temple’s Ambler campus. Groundbreaking for the Temple Intercollegiate Athletics Fieldhouse took place on September 21, 2004 and was completed during the 2005 season. The building features locker rooms, training facilities, and coaches offices. Future plans also include stadium seating and a press box.

It's bigger than BC's baseball field....

Went to a BC vs Harvard baseball game 2 years ago (buddy of mine was one of the BC trainers).

There were a TOTAL of 80 people--counting the players, coaches and umps. It was like going to a Little League game--you didn't even have to pay!

I walked up to the concession stand (which was the first thing you come to while walking to the stadium) and stood in line. Got to be my turn and when I took my wallet out and asked the guy behind the counter, "what's the admission?" ...he looks at me for a second and then laughs in my face and told me there was no charge! For a minute or so, I was actually embarrassed! Didn't bother me too long though, because the SS for Harvard made 6 errors in 7 innings (3 in ONE inning alone)...So I figured HE was having a MUCH worse day than I was....
