I can remember O'Keefe getting in hot water for missing a graduation sometime in the last year to attend a Board of Directors meeting for some company he gets paid to sit on (think he got paid to be a consultant since he was the former NASA Admin). Of course a funeral is completly understandable, but I think it's okay to be a bit peeved if it was to go to some meeting with shareholders or what have you. Maybe someone has a little better memory than I do.
