might get in too deep of a hole in sec play without tack (and the few weeks that itll take for him and the team to adjust to his return). i think lsu would be a better team in two years with tack. but tough call.

i thought you could play without a mcl. but what do i know, never had a knee prob.

We will be a better team IF we can get a new coach in here next season. We have a very good team, but we won't make it to the end of March with this guy running the show.

Brady doesn't have to make a decision now as to redshirting Minor. He can wait to see how the recovery goes, when he can come back, and how the team is doing.

If Minor is ready by early February but we are not doing well and it looks like we are out of the SEC and/or NCAA tourney, then it would probably be best to redshirt him.

Well, Brady now has his "Excuse for the year." Go ahead and write a 5 year contract extension. I guess it's better than Tack having quit the team and transferred.

    FYI
First, the term Medical Redshirt. We all know what it means, but what we really meant to say is Medical Hardship Waiver, the correct NCAA term. Although Tack has seen action, he can still qualify. The two main qualifiers are 1) his injury must occur in the first half of the season and he cannot see ANY action in the second half of the season. 2) He cannot participate in more then 20% of the scheduled games. Under these two criteria, Tack is eligible. The key word is eligible. LSU has to petition the NCAA for the medical waiver. It is usually granted. Exceptions are usually when the athlete violates, or is borderline with the two above qualifiers.

You only get 5 years to play 4 and Kuale's first season was 2001 with GT so his 5 years were up.
