If Les Miles went through the trouble of taking time from his gameweek prep work to meet with Cotton Bowl officials, I as a Houston-based LSU fan hopes his hard work pays off! Playing T Tech would be fun, IMO. Always liked Mike Leach, pimped him for the LSU job just last season (along with Jack Del Rio).
mlegha1, no wonder your have 2 red dots... I myself hope we play Iowa in the Outback Bowl. Although it won't be as good as a VT-LSU match-up, playing Iowa would be FUN. I love playing Big-10 teams. They seem to match-up well with SEC teams. Also, the Outback is a pretty big bowl. Probably the second best non-BCS bowl game (behind the Capital One). PRAYING FOR A LSU-IOWA REMATCH!!!!
Bowl Selection show is at 4 pm on ABC. ESPN has a Bowl Follow-up show at 5 pm where the talking heads make their predictions, bitch about a selectio or two since it wasn't what they would have done and gush over USC.
so far....we all know UT/USC in Rose and Orange is PSU/FSU only real question is if Ohio State or Oregon is Fiesta bound
