As much as it pains me, USC.

Also, as much as some feel Reggie Bush would be "more average" if he played in the SEC, I am of the belief that he would tear up any league. He is in a class of his own.

I look forward to him going pro.
    THIS YEAR..

Plus, beating USC in LaLa land is a very tall task.

Want USC to win, think USC will win.

I hate the state of Texas, their fans, their team, you name it. Those arrogant, 10-gallon-hat wearing douchebags were in LA last year for the Rose Bowl starting fistfights and causing mayhem wherever they went. This year will be worse.

As much as it pains me, I'm pulling for USC to win the :crystal:

Living in Texas, I couldn't bare it if the horns won a title. You should've seen the glee on these bastards after the Rose Bowl win last year.

Besides, the Big XII has a tradition of getting KILLED in the title game. Texas has to keep tradition alive.

    I want Texas to win.

Texas has played one good team all season, and it was out of conference. The Big XII is so pathetic this year, that I don't know if Texas will be ready for a good opponent.

My head says Texas (just as good of offense & much better defense), but my gut is telling me USC.

Living in the middle of Big 12 land and being very familiar with UT/T, I can point to the fact that they
have also had their share of tight games with crappy teams............Okie State and A&M. They had Oklahoma with a gimpy AD (courtesy of TCU) thus they have not seen a running game all year like USC.
Okie St almost pulled it off courtesy of a strong runnning game and A&M absent 2, 4th quarter fumbles ran wild on them also. You beat UT/T running the ball and set them up for wide open WR's when they have to stop that running threat.

I want Texas to win, and I think Texas will win.

No need to have USC "we're the only team to win 3 consecutive NC, EVER!" all over everybody. USC fans are too obnoxious.

I always pull for a southern team against a northern team, or a west coast team.

I think Texas has the best D that USC will have faced. Plus I like Vince Young. And I like Mac Brown, liked him since he was offensive coordinator at LSU. I think Brown is a good person, and I'd like to see him enjoy success.

I think you'd have to work much harder to make a case for USC than for Texas.

The Longhorns really have crushed their opponents this season--Ohio St. aside, but they're a top 5 team.

Vince Young will run and pass for about 5,000 yards against the Trojan "defense". USC and Pac 10 fans that expect another Big XII champ laydown in this game are in for a surprise.

Texas is very ,very talented, very ,very determined as well. It'll be a great game.

"Tight games"? They won both by an average of 15 points. Hell, what I wouldn't give as an LSU fan to see LSU win "tight" games by 15 points or more...LOL.

USC will give UT fits with Bush (what's new, eh?) Tx A&M exposed UT defenders as being unable to play laterally-moving run plays with discipline--not properly taking away the pitch man, giving the A&M qb gobs of daylight, etc.

OTOH, Vince Young will gash USC like they've not been gashed in years. They've not seen a QB like Young, not even close. It'll be a fantastic game, but I expect UTs physicality to wear 'em out by the 4th.

    UT by at least 7.

Besides, like his campaigning for a BCS bowl last year or not, most agree that Mack is a great guy and a heck of a coach. He's a former Tiger assistant ,as well as ex-Green Wave HC. I like Mack a billion times better than Carroll, though both are good coaches.

Love to see UT smash USC, absolutely.
