Well, with good cause it could be argued - because all of those games were close & could have gone either way. Luckily, they went our way.
2003? Looks like history repeats itself in some form...Georgia? Ole Miss? Seems like those were some close ones also.
Saban hadn't won a NC before coaching here either! You ignorance never ceases to amaze. I cannot find words small enough for you to understand how silly your responses sound, so keep talking to yourself. I am done.
OK, I'll say this slow so you can understand. These coaches were not known for playing not-to-lose football before they coached at their current schools, Miles is known for that. So who's the ignorant one? You proved my point for me, thanks dumba$$!
Just curious, what are these guys records this year? Didn't Stoops lose to TCU? I also seem to remember a double OT game with BAYLOR. And man that was a close game Spurrier coached against Auburn wasn't it? 48-7 if I remember correctly.
Just finished watching the Mark Richt show. Richt said that LSU will blitz even more than Georgia Tech did.
No ****, that was what I was getting at, but nice use of partial quotes to make your point seem more legit! :hihi: Seriously, you get my point though...
Why ask? Do you want to hear one or two posters on this board say LSU wil lose? Will that make you feel like a lesser loser?
People need to believe in their team!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And you know what, if the Tigers lose on Saturday night, they will still be my team. I will never be ashamed to wear my purple and gold. :geauxtige :geauxtige :geauxtige
Miles plays not to lose? As opposed to playing to lose? I don't get this. If LSU is ahead by 3 and has the ball, should he play to lose? Should he tell his receivers to drop the ball or tell JV to fumble so they can lose? I think he plays to win...and it's working quite well, thank you. I'll reconsider when we actually lose. And don't bring up Tennessee...LSU has won 9 in a row since then.
