I see some here read collegefootballnews and Zemek's column on Arkansas ... Yeah, let's build Arkansas up because LSU's offense sucked and Arkansas took us to the wire  Arkansas ain't gonna contend for crap next year and will be lucky to win 7 and go bowling ... get a clue. They'll have enough experience to knock off a few pretenders and maybe play spoiler. This was Arkansas' bowl !
It makes me feel bad to see a fan such as this have to come on our board and explain to LSU fans that they should be happy with a 10-1 regular season. Some people need to understand what that poster said, and be happy with what you have, not all are as fortunate as us. It's
Don't bash Nutt. He did put Arky in an SECCG. For some reason or another, there just isn't much talent coming out of your state. LSU fans should consider themselves fortunate to live in a state with an abundent supply of talent. It's easier to build a team if you have some horses to draw from. (I know, coaches bring this talent to your school, just telling hogfan we have a better crop to pull from)
Their runningback, McFadden... is GOOD, but he is too fast for his own good... What I mean is that he has such a burst, that sometimes he is in the hole before it even develops... If he would develop a hair more patience, or get a better O-Line, watch out, because yesterday a lot of the times he would explode out of the backfield with a head of steam, only to run into the back of his linemen
I would not go as far as saying they will be a contender. However, I would say that I am happy to see that Nutt will likely remain the coahc there with his late season success. Gotta give that man credit. He pulled the redshirt off Dick and played for now. It actually worked out in his favor.
I don't think its official about this game being played in Fayettville in 2006. LSU usually plays them in Little Rock. I would much rather it be in Fayettville though.
I agree, they have a lot of work to do to catch the Big 3 in depth... Man-to-Man in the starting lineup, they are almost there, but they lack depth
