It could very well still be USC playing in the Rose Bowl. But in the even the dropped way down in the BCS, I think Penn would get in there. Their SOS helps them a lot and the Harris and Coaches polls would be close. I think LSU could edge out on the humans due to the quality teams we've beat in addition to a SEC title game.
Maybe not LSU would still have to get some help from other teams and pray that Penn St. does not pass us.

I don't think USC would be eligible to play. They would be in a 3 way tie for the Pac-10. I think UCLA would be Pac-10 champs. Didn't they make a rule after 03 about having to win your conference to play in the championship game? I think we will pass Penn St. if we win the next 2 games. We really need UGA and UF to win this week.

AGAIN.... repeat after me... USC is the Pac-10 representative to the BCS whether they lose to UCLA or not. A loss to UCLA would create a three way tie along with Oregon and USC wins the tie breaker by being the highest ranked team in the conference. It's a done deal.
