This 17 point underdog (take Ole Piss & the points) is gonna come out clawing and play for 60 minutes this game. This is their bowl game and a chance to spoil an LSU SECCG bid. There is no way Ole Miss should be able to stay in this game (Only LSU can beat LSU).

Although LSU's offense has sputtered all season long and has failed to play a complete game, this is their big chance to get out there, execute for 60 minutes and run up a score on the hapless Rebels.

Arkansas took Ole Piss 28-17 ... LSU should be able to do much, much better. The only thing that can hold LSU back is their offense, with turnovers and poor playcalling to keep the game low scoring and give the rebs a chance.

LSU will win a close game with continued conservative playcalling in evidence.

    LSU 20, UM 10!

The LSU defense might hang 20.

LSU has improved steadily on both defense and offense in each game. All season long. Yes, they still have room to improve, but that is a GREAT thing, since most of our opponents are maxed out both in talent and in capabilities. This trend will continue in the Ole Miss and Arkansas games. The LSU team wants this season badly and they will be as fired up as Mississippi.

    LSU 31
    Ole Miss 13

It's going to take a bizarre set of Orgeron-inspired scoring plays, but I'll go with --

    LSU 64

I think LSU wins this game, but I'll also take Ole' Miss to beat this spread. Their DL is better than I think you guys are giving credit...leading to a tough day running the ball.
