The description of the hit has me a bit confused.

Yes, he did get in there like a bolt of lightning, but the hit was basically him pushing him in the back with his 2 hands....Croyle acted like he was decapitated, for some odd reason

    I dunno.......

Maybe he had 2 big hits on Croyle...I just remember the one where he came up the shoot in the middle and Croyle turned his back to Landry to brace for the hit, and instead of Landry crushing him into the ground, he basically just pushed him real hard to the ground, extending his arms in the process.

Does anyone have at least a pic of it? I'll take anything I can get to be able to visualize that moment of beauty.

That was the one, but it was a real shot to the ribs with the shoulder pads. Croyle was bruised for sure by that one, but he sucked it up and kept playing.

He just wasn't the same, though. Practicaly no offense in the second half.

Yeah, watched the replay on Cox and Gerg Bowser pointed out, on one play in particular, that Croyle was looking for the blitz when absolutely no one was coming and he even threw it quick for a very short game. Croyle was clearly in pain after LaRon hit him and I thought he might not get up. But he did and hats off to him for doing so, however, he was not the same QB thereafter.

I searched but can't find any pics or video.
