The ESPN/media part is a total crock. What a short memory. I don't remember one single analyst on any network offering the opinion that Oklahoma belonged in the Sugar Bowl after getting killed by K. State. EVERYONE was saying it should have been USC v. LSU. How soon we all forget that "media darling" USC was totally screwed out of that game and they earned the right to be beaten by LSU in NOLA. The media has almost no influence on the BCS.
