...yeah....let's blame Miles.... (incert Bobby Bouche's mother here "Les Miles is da devil!") :dis:

Guess some of you want to see Miles start slamming players head first into the Powerade coolers....

Be it drinking water or playing in the defensive scheme, players not listening to the head coach/coaches is a serious problem, don't you agree?

Stories of players not being on the same page as the coach(es) are beginning to bloom like crazy. Surely some of them are true, no?

(Sigh) Damn, I miss Nick! :bncry:

I agree. No matter what they think is right, players, ALL PLAYERS need to listen to their coaches. Doesn't matter if it's here or somewhere else.

I'm beginning to hear more and more articles about players either not listening, or players possibly not believing in a particular scheme and let me just say that I don't care if the scheme turns out to be garbage or not--players SHOULD NOT take it upon themselves to question what will and will not work. I don't care if they are more comforable with Saban's way of running things. I don't care if they think that a particular situation was handled better by Saban than how Miles handles it. Just like all of us fans, we need to realize that Saban is NOT going to come walking thru those doors to coach LSU again. Les Miles is. And the quicker we all realize that, the better off we'll all be.

All these rumors and articles about players either dogging the new system, or looking lost in it, just need to stop. Period. Because we'll NEVER know the true story if a player decides this system isn't working, so he just plays half-arsed, then all he's doing is proving that it's not working....but he's proving it the wrong way.

quit trying to defend this staff please. its a futile attempt til its proven on the field.

its ok to be all rosey and bright but sometimes it isn't warranted. this is such a case til further proof. so far the proof is in the pudding.

If that's what it takes, just don't stand there on the sideline looking like some kid just stole your lunch money do something. There is plenty of blame to go around between Miles his staff and the players for many things but Tennessee was last week, time to move on.

So, what, are the visiting players magically immune from the heat and humidity? Unless they're of another species or something, I imagine the heat hits them just as hard, so that's hardly an excuse for substandard play.

Powerade is an inferior product when compared to Gatorade.
