1. That was one of the hottest games I can remember in all the years of my attending LSU games. Even though it was in the 70s and there was a breeze every now and then, I was miserable because of the heat. I have talked to a couple other people that say the same thing. So, I guess the answer to that question, at least from a few students, was yes it was insanely hot.
  2. So when we turn the ball over we just shut down? I guess that does follow with the past 2 games. We certianly seemed to have trouble on offense after JR fumbled in the ASU game and seemed to shut down after the interception against Tenn.
  3. No doubt it was the hottest night game, that was the hottest night in BR I can recall.

  4. Thanks for the summary, SD Man. I listened to the show, but wasn't online at the time. Now let's go kick some butt in Starksville and make the playoffs.:hihi:
  5. The "playoffs"? WTF? UGH....

Poor Les is a tad bit rattled. Who could blame him with the verocity of the LSU fan base. He's got some major settling down to do. If he does so I think we will have a good coach but he is a development coach who is learning what its like to be in the major spotlight of a top tier program scrutinized by an entire state.
  6. be careful you'll be labeled a "basher" if you "notice" bad QB ball handling. :dis:
  7. I believe Les will come around. Like I mentioned before it was mid season of Sabans 1st year before he could use "we" instead of "they" when talking about the team. Spring and a few games cannot make him feel like this is "his" team yet but when it happens I look for the intensity we saw in some of the interviews he had at OSU. Only then will he care enough to lite the fire we all know burns in this team. I just hope it happens sooner than later.
