1. I'm sorry but when the game is 21-0 it's time to put the team AWAY! It looks like the coaching staff had no freakin clue on what to do. They started to play conservative, trying to grind it out. I agree with grinding it out, but we at least needed to mix it up a bit. We should of put Addai on a toss sweep, or a screen. Our offense was flat, and I put it ALL on Jimbo Fisher. WE lost the game. Tennessee didn't beat us, we beat us.
  2. Yep, the 'Prevent Offense' will kill momentum every time.
  3. I was so mad. The soft zone came back during the first Tenn drive of the 3rd. I was really scared when I saw that. All Tenn did on that drive was drop 3 steps and hit short WR out or a short screen. The soft 4-3 gave it to them everytime. Plus there were some big time blown coverages on D.

The offense calling was pitiful. Run the first 2 downs and pass from shotgun on 3rd. They are not utilizing the passing game. Yes we have a great running game but running it between tackles every time is not going to keep Tenn down.

The play calling must keep the pressure on them. Even the great Saban got conservative like this and allowed teams to come back. I mentioned in another topic about USC, they continue to attack and put points on the board and finish teams off. Yes many of the teams are easy but even with a decent Oregon team they came back destroyed them. Even when the game appears to be in the bag they continue to pound and attack. With the difficult SEC teams LSU should do the same. I got mad at Saban when he went conservative on both sides of the ball, so I guess I'm willing to give Miles a pass for now. I sure hope they learn their lesson.
  4. I have never been sold on this staff and now it looks like my fears have foundation. :dis:
