Somebody posted this before and I will echo this statement. We lost to Florida in 2003 and it was a wake up call. I WILL NOT GIVE UP ON THIS TEAM. The Rose Bowl is still within reach, in my opinion.

really good chance that we lose to MSU this weekend. Short week, Croom's doing well....

We should have lost vs ASU. There will be no rose bowl.

The difference here was the team played flat in 2003 just like Saban said they looked the week of practice before the game. In this game the team played hard but was handicapped by a dazed and confused coaching staff. A team can play up or down from one week to the next, but can a coaching staff find a brain cell to work with before the season is over?

We beat Florida, we lose 1 game...

    simple as that...

You seem to forget that our best offensive player is hurt for the year...

No excuses, but that makes a WORLD of difference when we are grinding to protect a lead

actually I think you both have some valid points.
    1. we can still win the SEC if the coaches decide they could improve instead of the fans being dumb.
    2. I sincerely hope we beat MSU. if we dont then yes we have serious problems.
    3. Unless several teams lose, the Rose bowl is probably out. Not impossible, but a reach.

I'm not as bitter about the loss anymore. One thing still stands. We're still gonna kick the **** out of Aubie.

    Sounds pretty optimistic to me?
    Our best offensive player?
Sounds like an excuse to me, our other rb's aren't to shabby I think.
Justin Vincent won the NC MVP award.
It aint the players its the new coaching staff.

You are right but there are a bunch of big If's there aren't they?
How good or bad do you think Florida, Alabama and Auburn are.
We will have a new miracle to be named if this coaching staff is
able to patch up things before we play the good teams.

And thats if we beat MSU and Vandy.
After tonite MSU is looking pretty good, they did beat Florida last year.
I'm not saying its all gloom and doom but in reality our offense and defense
isn't very good and, or inconsistant at best!

I learned that it isnt worth it being mad... It really isnt...

When we wake up tomm and are over our temper tantrum, the score will still be the same

Seriously, after losing Alley Broussard, getting hit by hurricane Katrina, then Rita, and having to open up against two top 25 teams... things could be alot worse... :geauxtige
