I still have a hard time believing that those are actually their real uniforms. I'm embarrassed for them.

I'm no fan of Clemson, much less any team that wears orange. HOWEVER, the PK pictured above was 6 for 6 in that game. Considering Clemson didn't score an offensive touchdown, he deserves credit. If your, ours, any kicker is 6 for 6 in a game...he's got my support. On a seperate note, I saw one of the most questionable coaching decisions in that game I've ever seen. (Well, Tuberville faking a punt inside the 20 against Florida a few years ago was just as questionable, if not simply assinine.) Situation: 4 and 18...backed up on their own 12. aTm tries to draw the defense offsides with a long snap count which results in a delay of game call. So, then it's 4th and 23 on their 7. Why? So, they draw the D off side and now it's 4th and 7 on their 17? Either way, Clemson gets the ball from the mid field stripe or further in. As it ends up the DL didn't jump, they get the delay call and punt from their 7...Clemson returns the kick for a TD.
I think Francione is a very good coach. I don't understand why he didn't go for 2 pts after A&Ms last TD. With the extra pt. they are up by 2 with maybe 7 minutes left in the game. Field goal wins the game. No difference if you're up by 2 or up by 1. If you miss the 2 pt conversion, you're still up by 1 and at no greater disadvantage that I can see. Bad call, IMO.
