Thank goodness she was elected to the Hall of Fame before her death. She'll rest in peace knowing her child is in good hands as well.

 

This is always terrible news to receive. But at least she isn't suffering from her ailments any more. Hope her family is well.

 

My thoughts go out to everyone associated with LSU athletics and friends and Family of Sue.

 

Not only did she do a lot for LSU ladies basketball, but for the entire SEC and the game of ladies basketball in general. Sorry to hear about this.

 

Wow. Sad day indeed. But, I did think she was older than 64.

 

She was 66, according to the article. Godspeed Sue. We ain't gonna forget ya. Thanks.

 

This is a sad day for LSU. Sue Gunter will be sorely missed.
