Admit, I saw this topic on AU's Scout board and thought it was a pretty funny idea. What game did you just lose it you were so frustrated? For me, it's really easy....1997 Ole Miss. After that UF win, I never saw us play so poorly and bring me so far down emotionally. I actually turned down sex with a sexy female that night I was so pissed.
Watching the Tourney game from this last years basketball season. Also then year when Big Baby went down hard on a play I was getting rowdy. I think what made it better was that Big Baby's momma was trying to run out on to the court and the cops were holding her back. I was also in on the shouting during the Arkansas game when the guys foot was on the line at the end of regulation. If you wanna talk about elated celebratory LSU moments, When Bass hit that shot against Kentucky in the SEC tourney that danced on the rim and then fell...I went ape ****
Now you're an LSU fan? :dis: Nevermind, you're probably just a fan of "great bball games" or "cool plays".....
that was great...but I went absolutely ape s--t when the blue grass miracle happened. I was nearly in tears when Devery caught that ball from Randall.....absolutely great. the other one I remember vividly is being in Tiger Stadium when the fans pelted FSU's mascot with thousands of oranges......loved it.
I told you guys, I support the Tigers and always hope they win. I dont root against them. They are the local team and I cheer for them when they are playing. Does that make me a fan? No, b/c I'm not a live and die with the team kinda guy. When they lose I'm not upset for 5 days. It's sorta like a "when in Rome, do as the Romans do" thing. I think you understand what I'm saying. But, to answer your somewhat question, when your in the stadium or the arena, you cant help but cheer. I sat in the stands during basketball season so I could cheer. I would be giving guys high fives and all that. Maybe its b/c I'm a really big College Bball fan. I dont know.
I'll second that. The Miracle was just a neat play for anyone to see. Whether your a fan of that team or not. It was just wild. You always root to see a last play of the game play like that. (assuming its not the cap one bowl). Just the shock value of it made it one of those unbelievable things. Like watching that saints/jags game when Carney missed the PAT.
Warren Morris' homerun was probably the craziest moment for me....I can remember jumpin on the couch and running around the house screamin...
