only name one: That you actually were at home or away..... many will say the sugar bowl 04... Mine was the Peach bowl in 96 against Clemson... The only game I have had the luck of being on the field..... Will never forget that one.....
my choices are limited because I've only been to one... 2003 vs. Arkansas... i was so pissed afterwards when i found out that Saban came out and talked to the students.. I wanted to stay as long as possible, but the people I was with (my gf's cousin and her bf, former LSU OG Rob Sale) wanted to leave and go eat at Walk-Ons... So we left and of course the wait at Walk-Ons is like 3 hours, so we went to the mushroom pizza joint down thte road.. guess Mr. Sale didnt have any pull (he was a jerk anyway..)
Alabama 1982 and hearing their PA announce halftime stats: "First downs. LSU 10, Alabama ZERO". After the game this old coot, must have been 70+ taunts "first time in 12 years. That's sorry" to which my wife yelled back "stooping so low to yell at twenty years olds is sorrier. Now get to your RV and die. You lost, shut the f... up." He turned red and stumbled backwards. Love those Alabama fans to this day.
the best one that i was at was Oregon St. GREAT comeback.. the best on tv was probably the bluegrass miracle.
yes: and just to explain: I didn't mean that I enjoyed a lowly win over UK over OU... It's just the rush that I got from that one play is more than anything I ever felt: 10 min rush= LSU/UK 10 month rush= LSU/OU :hihi:
In order: Sugar Bowl '04- I got a ticket for the 25th row in the student section. I have a story for my grandkids now. LSU-UGA 03- Just because I was in the record crowd at Death Valley LSU-Oregon St.- I cried tears of joy (Since the band struck up Hey Fightin Tigers in the Sugar Bowl Ive been unable to sing it without crying) after that win- I cried my eyes out. This guy said to me "wow, glad it means that much to you"
