Well if you turn a blind eye to the little things when they go well and only call them out when they go wrong... Well then, it kinda dimenishes the importance of those little things indeed. I agree with you! By ignoring the successful bunting and excellent laying out for balls, you are making the "little things" a whole lot less important! Great job!
Dayummm son! You must be in my head because I was sooo thinking that I wish I had not fallen asleep during those innings until I heard the collective groans of the crowd when the dingers were hit. You are trying to pull a TigerEducated. Careful now. You would not want to put words into peoples mouths or even worse thoughts into their heads.
Please God, no. He's going to post something about how bad Brady is even though this is clearly a baseball thread.
Well now. You do not like it when you pick apart LSU baseball and then have someone else differ with you? Your post was mostly nonsense and was deserving of being called out. I am glad you are finished with me too. That means you will not respond to this. :thumb:
Most teams are lucky to sweep one three game seres all year... get over yourself, its baseball... its a funny game and even great teams lose to bad teams. Your just like a woman, you give her a dozen roses, she wanted a dozen and a teddy bear... You get her a spa pass, she wanted a spa pass and free pedicure... I know im critical of the coaching staff, but you Batman are just a whiner.
Outstanding post! By someone who was very critical of Smoke in recent months no less. Much respect to you for being level-headed and being able to shove the negative attitude aside when appropriate.
I thouht all that matters was winning. Now, check me if I'm wrong but the Tigers have won something like 4 series in a row. Now I know they are sweeping all of them but they are winning series. They are hitting the ball better and the starting pitching for the most part has been solid. Sure the tigers arent what they used to be. But, then again neither is the entire league. The league is much better then in years past. The top 8 teams are all within striking distance of eachother. Also, baseball is much different then other sports. You are going to lose in baseball. Losses mean much less in baseball then in football or basketball. Big deal the Tigs lost the Saturday game. Should they have swept Kentucky? Sure. But in the grand scheme of things it really doesnt matter. They won the series and are right in the Thick of things. Having said that it would have been nice for LSU to win the games against teams they should b/c they have a tough row to hoe with Tenn and MSU.
