Yes, of course. But if the SEC were to "break away" from the NCAA it would be in an effort to improve things for themselves and to prove a point. When you operate under those kinds of circumstances extraordinary things can be accomplished in an amazingly short period of time.

I sure hope this is sarcasm. Do you really think the SEC will break away so they can do a better job at identifying and punishing infractions?
