How many hires have they made since Shembechler(sp?)?...The answer is 1. So we have one example to base this on & everybody thinks Michigan will not look outside the program. People are worrying about something that probably won't happen for another 5 years or at all for that matter. JMO.

Actually they've had 2: Gary Moeller 90 - 94 Lloyd Carr 95 - now and I believe both were promoted from within.
