I always thought Miss. St was a darkhorse in the RP saga. What are y'all's feeling about MSU's chances?

    So you're saying there's a chance.

Is RP planning a stunt like MB coin toss and pull aTm our of his @ss?
I sure hope that wouldn't be the surprise he is talking about.

If anyone else has a rivals subscription, can you succintly paraphrase the article titled "Bennett was LSU's until show time " I too am curious to know if someone on Brady's staff turned off Martellus Bennett from LSU. If this is true, can you imagine how pissed Les Miles is? I hope it's not.

Actually you are assuming two things that could flaw your logic.

    1. You assume MB's intent all along was to flip a dual sided coin and then go with a hat. He just as easily could have been legitimately going to choose between the two schools on the coin.

    2. You assume the coin actually had LSU and TU on it. The camera did not zoom in enough to identify what was on the coin, he could have just planned on verbally telling us what the coin said (or even could have glued the teams on it at last minute...it was not a 'minted' coin heh).

Plus...you are ignoring one simple fact. Bobby Burton was in the room with him and his family and overheard what I relayed above. He was going to LSU. What more proof do you need?

The coin toss was dumb though.
