Miami radio, Baton Rouge radio, Paul Finebaum.... Nick's assistants are looking for places to live in Miami already. Sorry, Crawfish, but I can't believe your conclusion from last night. Each passing day without a firm denial by Saban only cements the valid conclusion... he is gone. I'm sad about that... but expect to be so for only about a day. LSU is bigger than Nick Saban. Good luck, Nick... now leave, please, so we can get the ball rolling with our next new hero.
The preceeding post brought to you as a public service by atheist Democrats who believe voter fraud occurred in Ohio to steal the election from John Kerry.
TigerEducated, why don't you restrict your petty political jealousies to the Alley, and instead welcome our new head coach: BUTCH DAVIS Frankly, I'm excited.
Saban's statements all but confirm it. It's easy to read between his lines. Did you hear his quote about the difficulty involved in moving his family? It wasn't said as though it's the kind of consideration that rules out moving. It was said as though such difficulty is unavoidable and something that must be accepted.
So YOU are Mike Scarborough, or are you just channeling him now? I remember when P&G-which was once co-owned by Scarborough & McKay-plastered all over its front page in similar font size that Tim Floyd was the next head coach of LSU Basketball. You were a fink on the Alley, and you're a fink here, and I am truly sorry that we share a common interest in LSU sports. I'm also truly sorry that others here on this site weren't around on the Alley of Tiger Roar to see your absolutely despicable behavior and mindless rants and ravings...
TigerEducated, I don't think discussing TigerRoar is appropriate here, and I will limit my rebuttal to simply saying that there was never anything "despicable" in anything I did there. I posted political positions that were unpopular on that right wing board and got profaned and threatened for doing so. So was my family, as a matter of fact. The owner encouraged that treatment because he wanted his $32 from the majority. So, please, like I've asked you several times before, let it go. It has no place here. The types of posts I make are on this board, too, since 2002. Anybody can look at them, to see if there's ever anything despicable in them.
And, FWIW, there is no onus on me to be correct in any coaching prediction. I think it will be Davis. So what if I'm wrong? Scarborough and McKay (the latter of whom is rancid lowlife, btw) had magazines to sell.
Agreed. How did you get more green dots than me? It must be a Brady thing. Now, to get the thread back on track, the roller coaster continues. One poster convincingly posts that Saban is staying and the next says he's gone and it's clear as the ass on a billy goat going up a hill. I still think we should start one thread entitled "Saban" and post everything there.
