1. What about Greg Williams. Defensive Cord. for the Redskins. 2nd best defense in the NFL. Head coach at Buffalo. The Redskins defense blitzes a lot like LSU's
  2. Terry Robiskie (New Orleans native) is currently interim head coach for the Browns after serving as Offensive Coordinator under Butch Davis. He has coached 23 years in the NFL. I also like the idea that Robiskie is a former Tiger :eek:ldskule: (1973-1976). Is there any downside to Robiskie?
P.S. :wink:Rivals.com has his kid rated as a 3-star WR for class of the 2005:wink:

  3. "Mornhinweg" ??? Just the name gets him cut from my list.
  4. Tyrone Willingham...? He was the Head Coach at Notre Dame for a while.
  5. lol..... I can see it now

"Here come Marty Mornhinweg and the LSU Tigers!"
  6. I say we go for a coach that will let us win NOW. We don't need anything long-term.

I say we either get Joe Paterno or Lou Holtz. Maybe we can pay them with viagras instead of $$$
  7. If the season does not go as I hope it will.....

    - Bob Knight
    - Tim Floyd
    - ......
    - ........

Hey, the thread starter did not say which sport!!! :D :) :)
  8. I know Davis keeps saying he needs to spend time in a sanitarium or whatever, but I sure hope that's just talk. I want a coach who's had success at this level and enough failure in the NFL that he never wants to go back.

If USC hadn't managed to sign Spurrier, he's be a lock for the LSU job. He wanted this job 16 years ago. We went with Archer. He spent the next 12 years beating the hell out of us for it. Spilled milk.
  9. Terry Robiskie would be worth investigating.
  10. It is nice and all that he played for LSU, but personally I would want a more proven canidate.
