Rich Rodriguez--Rooney rule solution?

    IF the dolphins are just waiting for a miniority interview before signing Saban, does the minority interview have to be with a black candidate, or could he be hispanic? (still hoping Saban stays)

    I'm sure the BCA would prefer it if he was black...If I were the Dolpinhs I'd bring in a black Pee Wee football coach just to see how they react to that...Technically he'd meet their damn requirements he is black and coaches football. Qualifications?? Who needs em???

    I think they should have a GCA (gimps coaching association). I feel discriminated against because there is a lack of gimp coaches in all sports.
