the KKK is stupid because it promotes violence and racism, I agree. The NAACP, etc, are just as stupid for promoting hiring based on race. Both are absurd organizations for being divisive means amongst unintelligent people. No one in their right minds would believe the 'advancement' of anyone helps said group if its a handout. it only lowers standards in an otherwise competitive market where free enterprise should dictate all. darwinism should be left to run its course. If people wanna hurt their business because of racial motives, why do we care? Why shouldnt they be able to hire based on whatever qualifications they set? its their business, who are we to dictate it? If they don't do whats for the overall betterment of their business, they will cease to exist or simply get marginal returns, allowing other businesses to gain their market share. If it turns out green people actually improve their profit margins, good for them yet I don't have any right to tell them whom they should hire. Nor should anyone have the audacity to think I should listen to them because of their skin color or they will damage my business in return. That should be illegal in itself. the entire racist crying community should just go away. Why aren't there any women head coaches in the NBA? I don't hear anyone crying about that.
