Along with Peyton.... :dis: :dis: :dis: You'd have thought that at least one of the Mannings played today with that love fest... lefire:
I'm just suprised they didn't spend the whole broadcast talking about the resurgence of ole myth football:hihi: :hihi: :hihi: :hihi:especially with Archie in the studio.
Never forget the LSU/Ark game last year... CBS got Eli on the phone during the beginning of the third qurter and asked something like "Eli, what do you think Arkansas' chacnes are of coming back and winning this game and helping Ole Miss out?" Right as Eli started to answer, Mauck threw a long td pass to Jones.
We were watching but listening to the Radio. When they came up with the Manning graphic we were like, WTF???
         Peyton will make CBS a lot of $$$$$ throwing TD passes over the next month in his crushing of Marino's record... And then his D-less Colts will go down to the Steelers or  Northeast.... Nice of Aaachie to say that  had a good season @ 9-2 after winning the NC last year... I still :cuss: ALL things Manning, though....
I thought Spencer Tillamn was terrific myself, he was very well informed and did a great job. Was right on ia a lot of his analysis. And at leas they didn't do a confeence call with Archie, Peyton and Eli. Last year turned my stomach.
Oh I hate Spencer Tillman...he call Randall JaMarcus Randall and would just say stuff that shouldn't be said. Like..."Look here you can see him holding the player and then the yellow flag went flying" or.."What a great play by that #82 what a great player that #82 is"
i personally think the CBS announcers are better than the NBC or ABC's, it would have been great if Verne Lundquist would have done the LSU-Arky games, he's one of the best
Verne is the best announcer right now. I also like the guys who do the Primetime College game on ESPN.
