Some ACTUAL background on that clip: The IMF had given Ukraine conditions to ensure ongoing IMF loan assistance for the Ukrainian economy. The biggest proviso was Ukraine's need to nationalize PrivatBank because it was owned and controlled by the corrupt oligarch, Kolomoisky, and any money the IMF would pour into Ukraine would likely be misappropriated for Kolomoisky's gain. In their telephone conversation, Biden warned Poroshenko, a known Russian puppet, that Ukraine should take the IMF's path rather than to count on getting American money from donald trump, another known Russian puppet. Failure to nationalize Privatbank, and thus to cancel the IMF loans, would endanger Ukraine's economic and physical security.
