I think I have decided to forego sleep until I get on the plane in 4 hours. I would need to wake up in 2 to get there so I don't think that is much of an option at this point.

yes it has been rather draining yet exciting. not to mention costing my company a ton of money in the process.

15 hour movie? yeah like the lifetime movie channel, its one endless loop.

    Headline from Yahoo:

President to declare victory despite lack of clear results from Ohio.

    Who is this unclear to?

Bush made it closer in Penn than I thought, 51-49.

glad bush is going to win the popular by a decent amount. helps him in the overall deal with congress. word was he had real problems with that previously due to rumblings that he supposedly lost the popular vote.

I am anxious to see figures on voter turnout.

I could not believe the amount of people at my polling place when I went. It's a rural area and I had never seen a line there until today. About a 30 minute wait.

55-44 Senator split, 4 seats gained by the good guys.

House looks like a 2 or 3 gain for the good guys.

when is bush supposedly gonna accept victory?

i have a friends that are just wild politically, and they are really really far from either candidate (basically anarcho-capitalists), but even they relish seeing the michael moores of the world when they are forced to concede defeat. that will be sweet.
