apparently that thread is missing for some unkown reason. sounds like a nasty Clintonesque DNC trick. All I remember is this guy boasting about his inside info about flynn playing and russell only knowing 1/3 of the playbook. seems like what credibility you had around here is shot. now, somebody release the friggin thread!

I don't know why the one fan has to take a jab at another fan just because one's prediction didn't materialize, i.e. MT getting playing time. I also expected MT to get pt , as did a lot of fans. However, being such a tight game, and with the running game being near non existent, I can see why the other qb's didn't come in. I believe on one hand Saban still believed Randall can do the tough job compared with the other two, esp. when you have to be one dimenisional, and on the other hand he wanted to build up Randall's confidence. Randall DID come through, mentally overcame his earlier mistakes, and won the game with the rest of the team, esp with the gut wrenching run he had on the winning touchdown drive. Too bad the other qb's didn't get to come in, but they will get their chance.

Can anyone tell me why the running game didn't click? ?? too many men in the box for the other team, which does have a very good running defence, vs poor support from the supporting players on the LSU team for the running backs?

What I recall is crawfish saying to expect Flynn to see playing time this past weekend because he'd be second string for the Troy game, due to Russell's imjury. Well obviously if the game had gone as most thought it would have, Flynn would have seen considerable mop up duty...
