1. I thought it was a great example. It was Florida and Alabama. Then after Bama we played Tech :thumb:
  2. We had a week off before the Florida game last year. Saban had said afterwards that it was difficult to keep the players focused and up for the game for 2 weeks. He would have prefered not to have a week off. That's why he got the MSU game moved, otherwise we would have had another week off before the UG game. Hopefully UG will have the same problems.
  3. Lord knows, we can't get much worse at offense. Can't see it hurting us
  4. Have to agree we have looked about as bad as you can on offense. The only good thing about having this off week is we return with Danny Ware back to the lineup and Odell Thurman on defense.
  5. Yeah, well, don't worry UGA fans. Both of us are having tough times offensively. Gonna come down to the defenses, I'd wager. (As if it ever doesn't.)
  6. I think that the extra week off will give the Dawgs another 7 points on the scoreboard.

From what I have gathered from watching various interviews and discussions, Georgia has spent more time on preparing for this game than on any other since Richt has been at Georgia.

The Georgia defense is very strong...
The first string defense has given up an average of 8 points per game.
Held Marshall to a total of 160 yards of total offense.

On paper, the Georgia Offense has more weapons than last year...
Georgia's entire OL last year was made up of all FR and SO rookies.
They are now much better at protecting Greene.

So it will come down to seeing if the Georgia Offense can execute.
  7. Hahahahahahahahahaha

It won't help in the final analysis ...

LSU's Defense is murderous ... and 10 points will be a miracle for Greene

Your Defense will have to do it all ... and you know it :hihi:

LSU's offense is confident they can run the ball on Georgia ... and I am too

Your overinflated # 3 ranked heads will all go "pop" on the first series ...

when LSU's Broussard busts a couple of big runs on you ... and reality sets in ... It'll be GA Southern all over again ...

Except this "purple and gold" (GSU) will have a Defense that eats QBs alive

Nowhere to run, Buford ... nowhere to hide ... You said you couldn't wait until October 2nd :hihi:
  8. You better have those slurpee machines ready in the next 2 hours..............BOY!
  9. I think the advantage will go to LSU because they had another game to try and get their offense in sync. Not playing a week when your offense is strugling I think only hurts you because you cant play through your problems. You can only do so much in practice to get your offense clicking.
