1. Altitude in Utah might have an effect.
  2. Will Wade really let this uLoL coach get to him. I wish he would have given them less attention in the post game. That's all that dipshit coach wanted anyhow.
  3. He's certainly generating fan interest in BB.
  4. Got a much better team next time out, on the road. I don’t mind a little smack talk, but it does semi like ULL got in his head; might have thrown us off a bit. I actually like that ULL seems to have a good HC and hope they keep doing well. The energy last night was great. ULL really wants to be our antithesis; they played the role well last night. Granted, it was against an undermanned LSU team versus one of their best ever teams.

If WW can win at Utah... I think we match up well, and this is kind of a disappointing year for them, so we might have an edge in the motivation department, but we need Waters to show up. It’s hard to pick LSU on the road against a Q1 opponent, especially across the country in a significantly higher altitude; heart and execution are going to have to be the difference. We were short at least on execution vs the poblano peppers.

    PS-
I picked St Mary’s to lose to Washington in Round 2, and LSU to beat Utah; if it goes down like that, we host in Round 3. That would be exceptional in year 1 for WW.

Averaging points for and against, the LSU-Utah score is 73-73. VS Q1&Q2, LSU averages 73-76 and Utah 70-73. LSU qualifies as a Q2 opponent vs Utah and Utah is a Q1 for LSU. Utah is 6-10, LSU is 9-12.

    PPS-
Looking at coaches salary, in our quarter of the bracket, all winners were coaches with higher salary. Washington is $1.8M vs $1.0M for St Mary’s. LSU and Utah are $2.5M and $2.4M, respectively.
  5. I predict the ncaa champ will be the school who hired the most hookers.

  9. Uva the overall #1 seed down 14 second half to. MD-Baltimore. Could be the first 1 to lose to a 16.

  10. They did it. By 20. Insane.. Before tonight, 16 seeds were 0-135.
    Talk about busted brackets.

The closest game was in '89 when Georgetown trailed most of the game, but came back and beat Princeton by a point (50-49)
