Let's talk college football playoff selection committee

    I just went over the list of individuals selected for the committee. While I think there are some great choices, there are also some glaring WTFs. I also noticed there is a Big 10 AD, a Big 12 AD, a Pac 12 AD, an ACC AD, a former Big 12/10 coach and AD, and a former Big East Commissioner, but no SEC coaches or ADs. Seems legit.

    No SEC coaches or ADs? The committee's chairman is Jeff Long, Arkansas Athletic Director.

    We can speculate until the cows come home. The selections are questionable but I'm willing to let it play out and see what they do on their maiden voyage. Then we can really crank up the bitchin.

    The SEC champ is an unofficial automatic bid. The rest of the conferences can fight amongst themselves.
