I am always glad to see fans from opposing teams keep it real, ESPECIALLY with some of the more heated contests.

 

Something tells me they won't be using roux in a jar. :rofl:

Sabanfan would not hear of it and red will say not a gumbo without some okra.

 

That recipe has okra in it. Not sure how I feel about the butter though.

 

Catfish and alligator in a gumbo??

 

That would be disastrous. Would end up looking like puke cause the meat would be mulched.

 

Hmm, never had fish in my gumbo, and no roux? Guess they are just putting in what was donated.

 

The alligator you would have to drop in early, and the fish at the last minute I guess.
