    Meaning - who threw the first punch? Who instigated the fight?

    I would think that after nearly 5 days of investigating and tons of witnesses this would have all been worked out by now.

    Right... there was a guy in The Inquisitor here that was arrested and charged with 2nd degree battery... it was not his first offense and was sentenced to 3 years if I remember correctly, with all but 45 days suspended and 2 years of probation to follow his release.

    If it comes out these guys started the confrontation and fight I have no sympathy for them, and look at as a learning lesson for these dumb a$$es. Maybe they learn to control themselves and make better choices as to who they pick fights with in the future.
