1. There's always areas for improvement, but we're 2-0 with two wins over sec west teams. our team looks to be had abd shoulders better than last year, so enjoy the moment for a change.

  4. Not to be a downer, but I agree. We have areas that need improvement to take us from a 10 win team to a national championship team. No doubt.
  5. I wonder if not having that McNeese win will hurt us in the eyes of the selection committee.
  6. Not if we are undefeated. They will consider the McNeese non-game just like the win it was going to be. It may hurt us in computer polls.
  7. Nah, I seriously doubt it. Everybody with a brain knows that would have been a win for LSU. In fact, it should help that we didn't have that game and dove right into conference play. I haven't done the research, but I do know we are one of few (if not the only one) to open our season against 2 ranked teams back to back. Obviously the only to open with 2 straight conference games.

Most schools open with 2 FCS or group of 5 schools. We opened against 2 ranked power 5 teams in conference with the 1st on the road. And came out dominating in both. I don't care how good either is at the end of the year, I challenge them to find a more difficult start for any other power 5 team right now.
  8. Yes, winning takes care of all of that.
