Bellue's in BR makes a great (smoked)Nutria Gumbo, it reminds me
more of the dark meat in chicken, but a really well cooked rabbit
will too! Lou Holtz may not have invented dirt, but he was around when they made the first batch!!!:hihi:

Bellues has two BR locations, one on Scenic hwy (orig location) and a new
rest. on Jefferson hwy btwn Old Hammond and Essen. Really Authenic
Cajun food.
