1. That's who I'd like to see but people who have much more knowledge than me about Mulky's situation, personality, etc. said it won't happen. :bncry:
  2. actually, the tourney is the best place to do a coaching search. every coach will be there networking and any that are interested in LSU are going to make that known to the right people. skip can just set up camp at the final four and have one stop shopping, i would think.
  3. That sounds a little unscrupulous to me. I'd hope we'd be selective, compile a short "Wish list", and proceed from there- with ethics.
  4. Think of it like a monster.com, agents will be there, eyebrows will not be raised because someone was seen in town...... . As long as the coach doesn't have a team still playing, I see no problem. Even with that said, some coach with a team still involved may be looking to make a major jump, and they are certainly want to make sure their hat in the ring.
  5. exactly. its a great way to find out who's in and who's out.
  6. I hadn't thought of that angle and was thinking teams in the tournament and understand the "Fertile grounds" but would hope (And assume we will)we take a more professional approach and not run around handing out business cards so-to-speak. :)

  7. I am sure you will have ideas on who you want to talk to, but it always pays to make contacts. The serious players will know who they are.
  8. And probably already do. I say we go after Saban! We all know he wants to be at LSU anyway!:hihi:
    1 person likes this.
  9. Saban in charge of our women? They might be too rough on him.
