Works for me. A nice touch would be to smear the impaling stakes with pig blood. Make them forked sticks with a raghead head on one fork and the head of a swine on the other fork. It would make a nice display to mount on your living room wall and make a stunning contrast to your Velvet Elvis masterpiece.
