I thought the same thing about Arkansas on the plains. I think this is going to be one of the better coaching matchups of the season. We may have handed Florida the win Saturday but I have to give Meyer credit for a great gameplan otherwise. And Tubby's onside kick against SC was sick. I'm guessing one of them is going to get too smart for their own good. I for one hope it is the cigar sucker.
I thought Auburn was a really good team before they played Ark, but now I'm not so sure. Ark just ran up and down the field on them. The game before that, USC did pretty much the same thing to them. Maybe it was our inept offense that made me think Auburn had a great defense. With that said, I think Auburn will struggle to stop this spread offense. I'll take Florida in this game ... 27-17

i'm not really pulling for fla as much as i need AU to lose. I hope both teams get gonnorhea of the eye.
I really think Auburn wins this one coming off an upset while facing a team coming off a huge win in UF. however, there's one big problem with AU and that their run defense. I think it was orlando woolridge for wazzou the first game this season who ran all over them, something like 70-80 yards on 8 or 9 carries in the first half before being injured and never to return. Then you saw mcfadden and felix jones run roughshod over them last week. (soph and freshman I think) if mcfadden is the best rb in the conference, jones aint too far behind from what i saw. they have 2 backs better than anyone on our roster which is pretty amazing. or at least better than anyone who's been given a chance. maybe that smaller, AU defense thing has caught up with them. a lot less room for error once you're getting pounded. LSU is the only team who couldnt run a lick against them but we havent against anyone that mattered. not to mention, tubbs saved all his money for the refs this week thinking arkansas was a win regardless. should be lots of homecooking again on the plains. ill take the warchickens in this one. 24-20
