Funny thing about that game is the way we almost gave the game away in the 4th quarter took away just enough confidence heading into the Minnesota game that we had no chance. Plus the injuries didn't help. Just goes to show you, a win isn't always a win (even though this is SabanFan's mantra). You play piss poor like that in the 4th quarter, it can carry over into the next week's game. You gotta finish.
It got them to the next round so it was definitely a win. The next one was a loss so they did not advance. See how that works?:yelwink2:

The atmosphere in the Dome for the game against St. Louis was unreal! We were totally exhausted after that game. We were yelling and screaming while kicking their rears, then yelling and screaming to keep the Saints from blowing the game, then yelling and screaming when Hakim dropped the ball. 1987 Minnesota 44 - New Orleans 10 (we led 7-0 early) 1990 Chicago 16 - New Orleans 6 (we were only 8-8 that year) 1991 Atlanta 27 - New Orleans 20 (Atlanta came from behind) 1992 Philadelphia 36 - New Orleans 20 (Saints led 20-7 in the 3rd quarter) 2000 New Orleans 31 - St. Louis 28 (awesome game) Minnesota 34 - New Orleans 16 (out of steam after Rams' game) 2006 New Orleans ?? - Seattle, Philadelphia, Dallas, (Atlanta, Carolina, NYG, St. Louis, Green Bay) ?? (No Aaron Brooks or Jim Haslett so we should have a good chance to win!)
Also Bobby Hebert Flipped off the Poydras street endzone after booing him loudly. Same day as the Bills/Oilers come from 30 behind to win game
I do remember that. We had just lost to the Rams the week before in the dome. I was going nuts because I could see us colapsing again. In the Vikings game, Randy Moss had 2 catches in that game, both for TDs, both were quick passes that was thrown behind the line of scrimage and he just embarrased (i think it was) Fred Thomas.
