.... The posters on here that all season long called for Flynn to get a chance... The ones who constantly said Flynn is more accurate, Flynn is a better deep ball passer, Flynn can run better, Flynn can scramble better, Flynn is the greatest -- you know the people I am referring to...... Flynn finally gets his chance to play, in a huge game no less, and these people are all suddenly silent? What are they doing, waiting to see how he does before they speak? If he does well they will be on here saying "Hah I told you so!".... If he has a poor game, they will continue their silence.... I don't doubt that Flynn will have a great game. I just wonder where the people who have been riding his jock strap have disappeared to.
It isn't like we should bash the Flynn lovers. I have no problem with people thinking Player A is better....just as long as they aren't bashing him. I hope Flynn throws for 300 yards and pushes JR to the brink next season if it makes us a better team

Gradin... the Flynn lovers are the same people who would have been calling for JR to get a shot, had the tables been turned and Flynn been the starter... These are also the same people who will want a new head coach everytime the other team gets a 1st down... So now that Flynn is the QB, they have moved on to bigger and better things... like calling for James Welker as soon as Flynn has a problem! :rofl:
Speaking of these "Flynn lovers", what exactly has Matt done to engender such support anyways? Best I can tell, he crushes against directional schools like La Tech and looks like crap against good teams like Iowa and Georgia.
why does anyone need a reason to want to see if the backup quarterback is a better leader than the starter? the problem is there are people that are on JR's jock. and there's people that are on MF's jock. No one seems to care what's better for the team, they just want to see their guy in. All I want, is to see MF against a quality opponent with time to prepare for the game. I for one, havent been pleased with Jr's play on occasion and just want to see if Mf can play... why do I need more of a reason than that?
