Tonight will be fried catfish. I went and caught some crabs last night at the pier down the street from our apt and traded em to a guy for some catfish he had just caught. I love that spot, it takes me 7 min to be there.

the mother of the young man that works for us lives down the street. so i wouldnt have to even try to cook, she brought us dinner.

some sort of creamy chicken/noodle dish that was close to a chicken tetrazzini. a salad loaded with fresh veggies. home made biscuits. it was delish!
