Pork chops in a mushroom/red wine gravy over egg noodles, fresh bread, and cukes with dressing! For dessert we had a piece of the cake that I baked Mike today.

My cousin is coming over to spend the weekend tonight...might hit up sushi with him...even though I went last night.

A celebration dinner of left overs with lots of beer and wine!

caesar salad and oyster/artichoke soup.

chicken Alfredo and bread (THANK YOU TASTEFULLY SIMPLE!) took an entire hour to prep and cook! And only four dishes to do!
