LSUgirlinTx Is it game time yet?

I made a low fat mac and cheese that turned out pretty well.

    Low fat cottage cheese
    Low fat sour cream
2 Tbs Brummel and Brown "butter"
    Pepper
Sharp Cheddar (I dont like low fat cheddar/block cheese- it doesnt melt=creepy)

    Angel Hair pasta

Boil pasta, mix with everything else, bake in over for about 15 minutes.

Had Stewed Turkey Necks and Wings, with a brown rice, with green peppers, andouille sausage, and piegon pies. With a vegetable medely. Crescent Rolls.

With a glass of Santa Marghareti Pinot Grigio, which my wife loves.
