The basic NLMD classic: smoked sausage seared and cooked down in onions, bell pepper, and the not-so-secret NLMD seasoning/sauce combination. Also some tomato/avocado salad. And maybe a little bourbon, for digestive purposes only, of course.

My son said "I'm Hungry", so I put Blue Bell Chocolate Ice Cream, Chocolate Milk, and Hershey's Chocolate Syrup in the Magic bullet. After 3x10 second burst I added Chocolate Cool Whip and Chocolate Sprinkles.

    Who said Dads can't cook......

yum. i had seafood gumbo last night. i want to make duck, sausage, and oyster gumbo this weekend.

but for tonight, i don't know. i want to make beef stew, but i don't want to get going in the kitchen until after the repairman comes to fix the oven this afternoon. if he is late, no time for stew. in which case it will be takeout.

Well I came from it being cold in Baton rouge back to 80-85 degree heat here in Orlando, so I have come down with a little cold. So tonight I am having my Mom's homemade vegetable soup (yes she sends it to me from baton rouge and yes I am spoiled!!)
